Stoneridge Decks & Outdoor Living

Review Bonus Contest

Terms & Conditions | Q3 2026 (July 1 – September 30, 2026)

1. Purpose

Stoneridge Decks & Outdoor Living values authentic customer feedback. Reviews help prospective customers understand how we operate and build trust in our brand. This contest rewards employees who proactively collect genuine 5-star Google reviews during the normal course of their work, in accordance with the terms below.

2. Contest Period

This contest runs from July 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026 (Q3 2026). Bonuses are calculated and paid at the end of the quarter based on reviews verified during this window. Reviews submitted outside this period are not eligible for Q3 bonuses.

3. Eligibility & Phase Windows

Each phase has a defined window of opportunity. Eligibility is determined by when the review is collected relative to the project’s stage — not just by role. Once a project moves past a phase’s window, that phase’s employee is no longer eligible for that project, and eligibility opens to the next phase. Only one employee may receive a bonus per customer review.

Phase 1 — Sales Representatives

Window: At the sales consultation appointment only.

A Sales Rep is eligible to receive a bonus if the customer leaves a 5-star Google review during or directly following the sales consultation — before the project enters production. If the Sales Rep does not collect a review at the consultation and the job moves into production, the Sales Rep’s window closes and they are no longer eligible for that project. Eligibility also requires that all Sales Process Expectations have been met, as verified and signed off by the Sales Manager prior to bonus payment.

Phase 2 — Project Managers

Window: During active production through the final walkthrough appointment.

If a review was not collected during the sales phase, it becomes fair game for the Project Manager once the job enters production. The PM is eligible to receive a bonus if the customer leaves a review any time during production, up to and including the final walkthrough. If the PM does not collect a review by the end of the final walkthrough and the project is marked complete, the PM’s window closes and they are no longer eligible for that project. Eligibility also requires that all Production and Project Expectations have been met, as verified and signed off by the Production Manager prior to bonus payment.

Phase 3 — Marketing Assistant

Window: After project completion, during the post-production follow-up.

If a review was not collected in Phases 1 or 2, the Marketing Assistant takes over once the project is complete. The MA will conduct a post-production customer call, complete a review survey, and invite customers with a positive experience to leave a Google review. The MA is eligible to receive a bonus for any 5-star review collected during this follow-up phase. Eligibility also requires that all role expectations have been met, as verified and signed off by the Marketing Manager prior to bonus payment.

4. Review Requirements

To count toward a bonus, a review must meet all of the following:

  • Must be a 5-star rating posted publicly on Google.
  • Must be from a genuine Stoneridge Decks & Outdoor Living customer.
  • Must have been publicly posted on Google for a minimum of 7 days at the time of verification.
  • Must be submitted via stoneridgereviews.com (screenshot upload required) before the end of the quarter.

Stoneridge reserves the right to disqualify reviews that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or in violation of Google’s review policies.

5. How to Submit a Review

All submissions must be made through the employee portal at stoneridgereviews.com:

  1. 1Tap your NFC card to the customer's phone to direct them to our Google review page. Ask them to select the location nearest to the appointment or project site.
  2. 2Once the review is publicly posted on Google, take a screenshot showing the review text, star rating, and reviewer name.
  3. 3Log in to stoneridgereviews.com and upload the screenshot to receive credit.

Reviews submitted outside of stoneridgereviews.com will not be tracked or credited toward bonuses.

6. Bonus Structure

Bonuses are calculated per quarter based on the total number of verified 5-star reviews collected by each eligible employee. Milestone bonuses stack — each tier you reach adds its own bonus on top of the ones below it (a 15-review quarter earns the $150, $650, and $2,000 bonuses together), for the total shown in the “You Earn” column at that tier.

7. Employee Conduct

To maintain contest integrity and comply with Google’s review policies, employees must follow these rules when requesting reviews:

  • DO NOT offer any gift, discount, or incentive in exchange for a review. This violates Google’s review policies and may result in reviews being removed.
  • DO NOT pressure customers to leave a review or make them feel obligated.
  • DO NOT ask customers to mention you by name or single out any individual for the purpose of earning additional bonuses.
  • DO NOT request reviews from anyone who is not a genuine Stoneridge Decks & Outdoor Living customer.

Violations of these conduct rules may result in disqualification from the contest, forfeiture of earned bonuses, and/or disciplinary action in accordance with company policy.

10. Questions & Tips

Questions about the Review Bonus Contest should be directed to the Marketing Manager.

Tips for maximizing your review count:

  • We have multiple locations that each need reviews. If a customer already left a review for one location in a previous phase, ask them to leave a review for one of our other locations — it counts!
  • If the primary customer has a spouse, partner, or other family member who was also part of the project, encourage them to leave their own review too. Secondary customers are just as eligible.
  • Walk the customer through leaving the review right there with you rather than sending a link and hoping they follow up later. Guiding them through it in the moment dramatically increases the chance they actually submit.
